Hybrid Solution
Hyperion is a multilevel integrated platform that lets you buy today only the panoramic imager and then integrate it to get three solutions in one.
Any updates you decide to implement, the impact on your business will be minimal or even zero: an update (also 3D solution) does not have more than 2 hours of interruption, including the entire calibration procedure.

Scan the entire arch
To diagnose localized enough FOV also reduced, but the volume scan of the entire dental arch of a typical adult is technically feasible only with a suitable FOV.
In actual clinical conditions, a scan performed with a FOV of diameter less than 10 cm would fail to understand the full arch omitting inevitably some data.
For this simple but basic reason, HYPERION X9 runs scans with an FOV of 11 cm diameter.

Multiple fields of view
Hyperion X9 can mount a detector images large or small. This choice will depend on the height of the three-dimensional scans that you are going to perform.
In the case of a small detector, the height of the scanned region is limited to 5 cm - a value sufficient to cover the maxillary or mandibular bone and the level of occlusion. With a diameter of 11 cm, then, you can be sure to include the knockout and the surrounding bony structures.
High resolution, low emission

For all the available FOV, Hyperion X9 offers two different scanning resolutions in 3D mode. With a maximum resolution of 75μm voxel and an exposure time of 9 seconds, you can obtain diagnostic images of very good quality, very sharp and rich in detail. The exposure time is limited due to the pulsed mode.
